With a vast global business and many different sales teams focused on a variety of industrial verticals EnPro wanted to bring a best practices approach to their global organization.

Acting as a trusted advisor at both the corporate and divisional levels Ascension created and delivered a customized “Selling with Purpose” consultative sales training program to EnPro businesses across the globe. Structured as a train-the-trainer program the Ascension content was customized to EnPro and consisted of multiple hands-on workshops featuring tailored training tools and laptop software applications to be used by EnPro divisions in the field long after the classroom training was concluded.

The program was a hit with EnPro senior managers who successfully used the training and materials to cascade the learning throughout their global sales organizations. The strong Ascension/EnPro strategic partnership has been in place for several years and is focused on bridging the gap between marketing and sales execution that exists in many companies around the world.
